The telephone line to my socket is Ok, BT tell me. However, when my phone rings I pick up the receiver but the line is dead. I am still getting normal access to Broadband.
I am wondering if this is something you can sort out.
Do you charge an outcall fee? What are you charges?
I live in Bristol.
